Glenn is a senior associate at JB Law. Before he started working at JB Law, he worked as an M&A lawyer at De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek. During his time at De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek, Glenn was seconded to Rabobank and was active as a student coach for the Willem C. Vis Moot Court.
Glenn is specialized in corporate law and mergers and acquisitions. He has acted for listed companies, multinationals and private equity firms. Additionally, Glenn advises founders and shareholders. Glenn also has experience as a litigation lawyer in the field of commercial and corporate law.
Glenn has obtained his master degrees in private law (cum laude) and tax law at the University of Amsterdam. Before joining De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek, Glenn was employed by EY as tax advisor in the field of corporate income taxes.
