Lara is a senior associate at JB Law. Prior to her start at JB Law, she worked for 5.5 years in the Corporate M&A practice group of Loyens & Loeff. In 2020, Lara was seconded for 6 months as international legal counsel to a listed company in Paris. Lara has obtained a master degree in corporate law at the Vrije Universiteit and a bachelor in notarial law at the University of Amsterdam. In 2021, Lara completed the specialist program Company & Business Law at the Grotius Academy (cum laude).
