Jeroen is a senior partner specialised in in corporate law. Previously he worked as a lawyer at Allen & Overy in Amsterdam and London. Jeroen graduated cum laude for the post-graduate Grotius course in Corporate Law and regularly lectures on company law subjects. He was nominated in both 2018 and 2019 in the category ‘Best M&A Lawyer mid-market’.
