Dynah is an associate at JB Law. Prior to her start at JB Law, she worked for 4 years in the Litigation and (predominantly) Corporate M&A practice groups of Loyens & Loeff. She studied law at Leiden University, where she obtained her master’s degrees in Labor Law and Criminal Law. In 2023, Dynah was seconded for two months as M&A lawyer at a renowned Portuguese law firm where she gained experience within both the international private equity and venture capital practice. In 2024, Dynah completed the specialist program Mergers & Acquisition at the Grotius Academy (cum laude).
