Jurriaan is an associate at JB Law. Prior to this, he worked as an M&A lawyer for AKD and Squire Patton Boggs. Jurriaan specialises in company law, particularly in the field of mergers and acquisitions. He has acted on both the buyer and seller sides in national and international mergers and acquisitions for multinationals, private equity firms, founders and directors/major shareholders. Jurriaan obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Groningen, and subsequently completed a Master’s degree in Private Law: Commercial Legal Practice at the University of Amsterdam in 2021.
