Sale of AcceptEasy to Serrala

We assisted the shareholders of AcceptEasy, a payment provider where customers can pay via iDEAL or other payment options through channels such as email and WhatsApp, in the sale of a majority stake to Serrala Group, a portfolio company of Waterland.
