We advised Edham Vastgoed on the sale of a stake in Montapacking, a Dutch e-commerce company that provides logistics solutions, to Scheybeeck Participaties, a Dutch private equity firm, after which Edham Vastgoed and Scheybeeck Participaties jointly hold all shares in Montapacking.
